The house is situated at the south end of Lake Annecy at Bout du Lac close to Doussard and is available for rental all the year round apart from Christmas/New Year. Occupancy is arrival 4pm Sat/departure10am Sat. There are 5 bedrooms – 3 doubles (one downstairs with an en suite bathroom) and two twin. This provides capacity for 10 people. Two of the upstairs bedrooms share a front balcony and have a nice view of the lake.

The downstair's bedroom is equipped with an en-suite wet floor shower and twin wash basin's. There is a seperate toilet downstair's for general use.

There is a large veranda on the front of the house, extending the lounge to make the best of the mountain views. You can watch the parapenter’s descend from the mountain or have a tandem ride if you have a head for heights.

The 8 X 4m covered swimming pool usually runs at 28 to 30 deg in the summer. The large terrace gets the sun all day. A cycle track runs immediately behind the house for 20 km’s in each direction so you can ride directly into Annecy. The lake boat also stops at the jetty just at the bottom of the road (100 m) so you can visit Annecy and tour the lake at the same time.

The attraction of the area is that there are so many things to do all year round. The principal attraction during the summer is the lake which is a haven for skiers and wake boarders. Parapenting and white water rafting are available close by

The kitchen is fully equipped. There is English (Sky freeview) and French TNT TV and DVD players downstairs with the TV and upstairs in the children’s bedroom. The veranda features a Hi Fi system so you can listen to your favourite CD’s whilst enjoying the magnificent scenery. There is a barbecue and a large retractable sun shade over the kitchen door so you can dine outside in comfort. There is a table tennis table in the veranda and cycles are available to rent for road/cycle track use.
