A typical village on the Costa Brava, less than an hour from the French border, Rosas is a town that is lively all year round.  The beauty of this town at the water's edge is enhanced by the backdrop of cliffs and surrounding mountains.  This recent Residence is a 5-storey building (with lift) comprising around 220 apartments.  It is situated in the marina de Santa Margarita area, 1km from Rosas town centre. 2 different outlooks are possible for the apartments: either view of the swimming pool or view of the canal (small canal with boats). A swimming pool (open from the beginning of June to the end of September) a bakery and a small supermarket are at your disposal.  The beach is at a distance of 1300 m from the residence (after Rosas centre).
