Talloires
This historic village is one of the most attractive in the French Alps. Talloires nestles in a beautiful bay on the shores of Lake Annecy. With its narrow streets leading to the lake Talloires is a beautiful place to meander stopping off for lunch in one of the top class restaurants or cafes. The impeccably kept plage area in front of the Savoyarde restaurant is the ideal place to relax in the sun and swin in the lake. There is a ferry boat to Annecy which collects from the pretty port area in front of the famous Pere Bise and Abbaye Hotels. Other village facilities include crazy golf, tennis courts, mountian bike hire and a 18 hole golf course at the Roc du Cher reserve.
