This famous sea-side resort, the largest in the Vendée, on the Atlantic coast, is lively both in the day-time, with thalasso, water sports and a host of other activities, and in the evening with its casino and night-clubs.  It's an ideal destination to spend a holiday with family or friends, near many sheltered, sandy beaches and with a long and rugged coastline, as well as many excellent quayside restaurants in the colourful port area.  The Residence is situated in the middle of a pine-forest, 800m from the beach and 1.5km from the centre of the town. It is made up of three 3 or 4-storey buildings, placed in a peaceful and luxuriant, green setting.  The apartments are fitted out with fully equipped kitchenette: electric hotplate, dishwasher and microwave/grill, bathroom, generally a separate toilet, telephone, television (with charge), furnished balcony or terrace. The following are at your disposal: outdoor, non-heated swimming pool, open from mid-May to the end of September, billiards (with charge), bike shed, launderette (with charge), free outdoor car parks and fee-paying indoor car park.
