The « Playa Romana » residential complex comprises several little 2 and 3-storey buildings (without lift), opposite the sea. It has 2 swimming pools and a paddling pool (open in May 2006) surrounded by gardens. A restaurant, a pizzeria and a bar with entertainment in high season, are at your disposal.

There is a small supermarket at a distance of 100 m from the residence and all shops and facilities at 1 km. in the centre of the resort.
