The residence, made up of several 3-storey buildings (without lift), is situated on Las Atalayas hill-side, 2,5 km from the sea and the town centre, and 900 m from the shops, in a quiet, residential area, with sea view.
Because of its geographical situation (clinging to the hill-side and with steps leading from the buildings to the swimming pool), it is not advised for people with difficulty getting about.
